Oct 3, 2008: RudeInternet.Com is now totaly 100% on its new server and network and the site is running perfectly. However a very small percentage of members are having trouble logging in. |

There's three possible issues that could be the problem if you've found yourself on this page. If you stored your login info on the old login page and thus have forgotten your password go down to the next box and skip this part. Now if you have not forgotten your user info and you are just having trouble getting into the site we need to assume one of two things. One, your browser has cached the old location of the site and is still attempting to send you to the old server (happens to lots of surfers and can happen at just about any site on the internet when they switch servers, this is not a rudeinternet specific problem. so, please be patient with me) What we need to do is delete the cookies and internet history for rudeinternet, it's very simple will only takes about 30 seconds and is so far working for just about everyone that's having this issue: 1: On the top of your browser you must go to: tools> internet options> delete cookies> apply 2: then one more time almost the same thing: tools> internet options> clear history> apply 3: then restart your computer and login to the site In the unlikely event this solution this does not work and you still cannot access the site: There may be a slight chance (about 4%) that your user info was not transferred along with the other passwords to the new server (again this is not a rudeinternet specific problem, it just happens sometimes during a major move like this. so, please be patient with me) If you could just email me rudysrxs@hotmail.com making sure to include your username (or full name and/or subscription ID# don't worry I don't collect your info) and I will look up your account and check your password info. And if need be supply you with a temporary password til I can get ccbill to correct the situation (this is their mess not mine) |

#2: If you have just forgotten your password: I have a new and simpler (trust me you'll love it in the long run) login process but, this may have led to some forgotten passwords. Don't worry it's understandable, I gotta admit I'm guilty of letting those login boxes remember my info too. |
